Of fly halves and drop goals

I'm from the wrong state in Australia to really get rugby. All that stuff about overlaps and line outs and rucks and mauls flies by like a rugby fan's trousers after a half dozen beers. But I know enough to be (again) bitterly disappointed when Australia contrives to make every mistake in the book and leave England's tryless wonders just enough shots at goal to win. Another World Cup disappears from Australia's sights at the hands (or rather, the feet) of the Poms.

1995, 2003, 2007. This is getting old.

So, if not the Wallabies, I need to at least stay loyal to the southern hemisphere. Go All Blacks? Do I lose my citizenship for saying that?
