On an absolutely picture perfect late summer evening, the Cyclones beat the Ironbirds 2 to 0 - a beautifully pitched game on both sides, with the Brooklyn fielding being a shade better than Aberdeen's and making all the difference. The game was over in a very speedy 1 hour 58 minutes. Good friends, close contest, the usual fun and games in the stadium, gorgeous sunset, and a dazzling moonrise as the game ended.
What could be better?
Note: picture represents an earlier perfect evening at a Cyclones game. I did not have my camera this time.
